Quickstart for owners
From an empty wallet to your first paid round.
You need a wallet on Arc testnet with some test USDC. Arc uses USDC for gas, so the same balance pays for your transactions. Get test USDC from the Circle faucet.
Sign in with your wallet
Open the app and connect your wallet. You sign a message (no transaction) to prove it's yours.
Create a program
Choose New program and fill in the four steps:
- Basics: name, description, and the public link (
/join/your-program). - Rubric: categories of work (for example Threads or Pull requests), the source types each accepts, and the criteria the agent scores from 0 to 10. A category's points are the average of its criteria.
- Budget: the rate per point in USDC and how long a round lasts.
- Limits: the caps the vault enforces. See Guardrails for what each one does. Keep the wallet cooldown at 24 hours or more unless you have a reason not to.

Deploy and fund the vault
On Settings, deploy the vault: one transaction from your wallet creates a vault owned by you, with the Misthos agent as its only other role. Then deposit USDC (an approval and a deposit). The program goes live once the vault holds funds.

Share the join link
Contributors join at /join/your-program. They sign in with X and prove their payout wallet with a signature.
Review what the agent sends you
Most submissions are decided automatically. The rest wait in Submissions with the agent's reasons, the flags it raised and a recommended amount. Approve, change the amount, or reject with a reason the contributor will see.

Pay the round
When the round ends (or when you choose Close round now), the agent re-checks every approved item, registers payout wallets, and proposes the round to the vault. Rounds at or below your approval threshold are paid automatically. Above it, you approve the round with one transaction and the agent pays it.

Every step is in the program's Audit log, and every payout is on the public audit page at /p/your-program.
