FAQ
Short answers to common questions.
Who holds the money?
You do. Each program's vault is owned by your wallet, and you can withdraw at any time.
Is this on mainnet?
Not yet. Misthos runs on Arc testnet with test USDC. Get some from the Circle faucet.
Which model does the agent use?
Claude Haiku 4.5 for scoring. The model version, prompt version and rule version are part of every signed record.
What if the agent is wrong?
Uncertain cases come to you before they're paid, and you can override any decision until it's in a payout round (after that, cancel the round or pause the vault to stop it). The override is a new signed record that references the original.
Can a contributor change their payout wallet?
Yes, by signing with the new wallet. The program's cooldown applies before the new wallet can be paid.
What happens to approved work that doesn't fit under a cap?
It carries over to the next round, with the reason recorded. Items are never split.
Why do some submissions take longer?
The agent retries when X, GitHub or a website is slow or rate-limited. After the last retry, the submission goes to the owner rather than failing.
Can I see the code that makes decisions?
Yes. The rules are on How the agent decides, and their version is in every record.
