Misthos runs payroll for contributor programs: ambassador programs, open-source bounties, community writing. Contributors submit links to their work. An AI agent checks each one, scores it against your rubric and explains its decision. At the end of each round, USDC goes out on Arc from a vault you own, inside limits the contract enforces.
What it does
- Checks the work in code first. Who posted it, whether it's inside the round, whether it was copied, merged, deleted or submitted before. Things code can prove never depend on a model.
- Scores it with Claude. Against the categories and criteria you write, through a strict output schema.
- Decides with plain rules. Hard problems reject, uncertain cases come to you, clear work under your auto-approve cap is approved. Every rule and flag.
- Pays from your vault. Caps per payout, per round and per day, your approval above a threshold, and a cooldown on new payout wallets, all enforced on-chain. Guardrails.
- Signs everything. Each decision is a record hashed and signed by the agent's wallet, and each payout on Arc carries a hash of the records it pays. Verify one yourself.
